 Joey is a co-founder of Delta Solutions and has spent his career helping his customers solve their unique challenges.  Joey has over 12 years of experience in the world of steel bar, tube and OCTG materials, machining, premium threading, manufacturing, distribution, and product development.  He has experience working the rigs of the south Texas Eagleford Shale, and also spearheading the negotiations of multi-million dollar global contracts.  Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, vacationing in the mountains of Colorado, board sports, and golf!

 If Cody is not out building relationships, you can almost always find him on a ball field with one of his four sons and wife, Ashley. Cody brings to Delta, over 11 years of experience in various sectors of the upstream OCTG supply chain; mechanical tube and bar distribution, machining and turnkey manufacturing, premium threading and warehousing and logistics.  "Co-founding Delta was out of pure ambition to serve our industry without restraint. To develop robust, sustainable supply chains for our highly valued clients. That's our mission and we keep it in our crosshairs everyday." 

Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in OCTG coupling manufacturing and pipe threading to the team. Throughout her career, she has built strong, long-standing relationships across the industry, working closely with mill operations, distributors, and processing facilities. Leslie is excited to contribute her experience and looks forward to supporting the business from a new perspective.

She lives in Montgomery with her husband and two sons. Her oldest, Wyatt, is studying business management at the University of Montevallo, and her youngest, Mason, is a senior at Lake Creek High School. Outside of work, Leslie and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, whether at the lake or in the woods.

 As Delta Solution’s Office Manager, Biddy uses her diverse, broad-based experience and skill-set to handle day to day operations including the company’s accounting functions.  Biddy started her career as an oil and gas Accounting Clerk but she held roles of increasing responsibility during her 12+ year tenure with Oryx Energy Company.  Biddy has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Ocean and Coastal Resources from Texas A&M University at Galveston where she graduated with highest honors.  Biddy owned and ran two small businesses of her own as a one-woman entrepreneur; and, until recently, she taught high school science in Texas public schools. 

 With over a decade of experience in executive assistance, operations management, and financial oversight, Lea specializes in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a managing partner, former consultant, and operations leader, she has built a career on organization, communication, and problem-solving. Outside of her professional endeavors, she takes great pride in her role as a wife to her husband of over 20 years, a mom to her children and a "Queenie" to her two grandbabies. Passionate about business operations and customer satisfaction, she brings dedication and expertise to every project. 

 With a strong background in administrative support, logistics coordination, and multi-department operations, Aubrianne brings a versatile skill set to Delta Solutions. She has experience managing purchasing, vendor communication, inventory tracking, and day-to-day operational processes, building a reputation for reliability, organization, and clear communication.

Aubrianne’s strengths include staying ahead of shifting priorities, maintaining detailed workflow structure, and supporting teams with consistent, dependable follow-through. Her ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments allows her to contribute meaningfully across leadership, sales, and field operations.

Outside of work, Aubrianne enjoys time with her daughter, growing in her faith, and volunteering where she can. She brings this same dedication, heart, and purpose into her role at Delta.
